Get ready to unleash your creativity and take home your very own handmade soaps!
This workshop will begin with an introduction to the hot process soap making method. Participants will be provided with an informative handout (which includes recipe) that they can keep for future reference. Safety measures will be explained and followed during the workshop. All participants will be provided with safety glasses, mask, and gloves.
Upon registering for the workshop, please fill in the "note" field to indicate which scent you would like to use.

We work in pairs so you can work together if you sign up with someone. If you sign up solo, you will be teamed up with another solo participant. In those cases, I will just ensure that solo participants can agree on the scent they would like to make. Each participant, whether solo or not, will go home with 2-3 bars of their own soap!

I thoroughly enjoyed Debbie’s soap-making class! She was well-organized, well-prepared, and extremely knowledgeable. The class flowed smoothly, with a perfect balance of theory and hands-on work. Such a fun and educational workshop. Through this workshop, I learned enough about soap making to be able to do my own soap. I have made several batches of soap based on the recipe given by Debbie. I highly recommend her workshop as it is well organized, easy to understand, a booklet included with tons of information and it is also fun! Debbie is passionate about skin care and it shows through her teaching of soap making.
I took this workshop and absolutely loved it. Sunflower soaps made it so easy to follow. I’ve made a few batches on my own and won’t go back to store-bought body washes.
