On Display to Order

Most items on the website are made to order. While we generally have most items in stock, all of our products are made in-house. As a result, your order may require a fulfillment period of between 2 and 4 days in addition to any shipping timelines offered.

Free shipping

The estimated time will be displayed with the order, and Sunflower Soaps will determine the appropriate shipping option to meet that timeline. The default time range for free shipping is between 4 and 8 business days, though in many cases the items are delivered before that. Free shipping is offered by us on a promotional basis. Once an order is placed with the Free Shipping option, that free shipping is guaranteed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is based on your proximity to one of our locations and may not always be available for every product. The proximity threshold for local delivery eligibility set by Sunflower Soaps and is subject to change. The pickup date will be communicated to you with your order. If a pickup time is set, and you do not pick up your order, we attempt to contact you and will hold the order for 30 days. If you do not pickup the order, request alternative shipping, or request a refund within 30 days from when the order is ready for pickup, we will consider the order abandoned and not issue a refund.

Local Delivery

Local Delivery is based on your proximity to one of our locations and may not always be available for every product. The proximity threshold is set by Sunflower Soaps and may change from time-to-time. The delivery date will be communicated to you with your order. If we deliver the item to the requested address within 48 hours from the specified delivery date, we will consider the order successfully delivered.

 Shipping times not Guaranteed

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. If you have a critical date by which a product must arrive, please let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate it. You may communicate with us through the order email, or by contacting orders@sunflowersoaps.ca.

Incorrect or Inaccessible Address

We will attempt to ship or deliver to the Shipping Address listed on the order. If the address location is inaccessible, dangerous to access, or does not exist, we will notify you electronically. Sunflower Soaps reserves the right to charge additional fees, cancel the order, or refund the order in part or in full, on a case-by-case basis. If the shipping is undertaken by a third party, we will defer to their policies and judgement.

Orders Stolen After Successful Delivery

If you discover that your order has been stolen after it was successfully delivered, you have 5 days to notify us. Sunflower Soaps reserves the right, on a case-by-case basis (and in conjunction with the carrier, if applicable), whether to:

  • Re-deliver the order at no cost to you
  • Re-deliver the order at a full or partial cost to you
  • Cancel the order and issue a full refund
  • Cancel the order and issue a partial refund
